About VOMDES The Valley of the Moon Dilettante Enological Society (VOMDES) is a group of home winemakers and growers that are very serious about our avocation. Our membership's vineyards range from 20 vines to two or three acres. We very much want to stay current within the wine industry that is not only a hobby but also our passion. We meet monthly on the 2nd Thursday at 7:30 PM at the Vintage House located at 264 First Street East. The Vintage House is located just one block up from the Square in central Sonoma. We usually have a short business meeting then hear from a presenter. Members should bring a bottle of their own wine they wish to share and/or they wish to have evaluated by those present. It is a casual setting and I am sure you will appreciate our group. You may refer to the Bylaws for further information. Hope to see you there!
